3.1 Plant Descriptions

We take great care in describing our ornamental plants (including Acer, Amelanchier, Aquilegia, and other premium varieties) with horticultural accuracy. However:

• Plant appearance may vary slightly due to natural growth patterns and seasonal changes
• Colors may differ depending on your monitor’s display settings
• Growth results depend on local climate conditions and care practices

3.2 Availability

Some plants, particularly our rare specimens, have limited availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products without notice.

4. Ordering and Payment

4.1 Order Process

When you place an order:

• You receive an order confirmation email (this is not a shipping notice)
• Our horticultural team processes orders within 1-2 business days
• We verify stock availability before shipping

4.3 Pricing

5. Shipping Policy

5.1 Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options for our premium plants:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after processing)
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after processing)

5.2 Shipping Areas

We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas where plant import restrictions apply or shipping logistics are impractical.

5.3 Delivery Responsibility

Once plants leave our nursery at 3658 Bird Spring Lane, Houston, TX 77077, the risk of loss passes to you. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most ornamental plants, except:

• Rare hybrids (notably Alpinus x callizones)
• Plants removed from original packaging
• Plants showing signs of improper care after delivery

6.2 Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Include order number, plant name, and reason for return
3. Provide photos if claiming damage
4. Repack the plant in original materials following our instructions

6.3 Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.

7. Limitation of Liability

Plant Urea Sales shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from plant purchases
• Plant performance in your specific growing conditions
• Acts beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.)

Our total liability for any claim related to your order shall not exceed the purchase price of the affected plants.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
